Carrie joined Premier Vision Group in 2012 and brings with her over 17 years of medical knowledge and experience. She enjoys all aspects of patient care and her previous training allows her to excel at preliminary and specialized testing, helping our doctors understand your vision needs better.

In her time away from the office, Carrie enjoys spending time with her family and keeping up with her four very active children.

Amber is one half of our front desk dynamic duo. She shares responsibilities with Susan; welcoming patients, checking for information accuracy and scheduling appointments, while being cross trained in every aspect of patient care to ensure a great eye care visit! She has been with our practice since 2010 bringing with her a background in customer service. Obtaining her certification to become a Certified Paraoptometric in 2011, she enjoys educating patients and interacting with them. Amber also has a great responsibility running our in-office laboratory that allows us to manufacture glasses for patients.

In her spare time, Amber enjoys participating in classic car shows with her husband and two daughters and baking new recipes to test out on her coworkers.

Susan joined the practice in the spring of 2008 and quickly became a Certified Paraoptometric by October of the same year. Susan is one half of our front desk dynamic duo. She shares responsibilities of check-in procedures with Amber while being cross trained in all aspects of the office. Her primary responsibility is scheduling patients and reviewing coding prior to insurance submission. She continued her education to become a Certified Paraoptometric Assistant in June of 2011. With a personal goal of finalizing the last level of education, she achieved her Certified Paraoptometric Technician certificate in September of 2016.

In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her two children, Zachary and Whitney.
