Our Practice in Ohio

Mile Brujic, OD, FAAO is a 2002 graduate of the New England College of
Optometry. He is a partner of Premier Vision Group, a successful four
location optometric practice in Northwest Ohio. He practices full scope
optometry with an emphasis on ocular disease management of the anterior
segment and specialty contact lenses. He is active at all levels of organized
optometry. Dr. Brujic is on the editorial board for a number of optometric
publications. He has published over 450 articles and has given over 2000
lectures, both nationally and internationally on contemporary topics in eye
care.

Cheryl Archer, O.D. graduated cum laude from The Ohio State University College of Optometry in 1984 after first receiving her bachelor’s degree from DePauw University. She is very active in state and national affairs for the profession of optometry, having served on numerous committees and holding office for the Ohio Optometric Association. She is a volunteer for iSee (In-School Eye Exams), the Realeyes classroom initiative, Vision USA, and InfantSEE, and participated in a VOSH eye care mission in Ukraine. She currently serves on the board of directors for the Ohio Optometric Foundation and Optometry Cares, the American Optometric Foundation. Additionally, she is serving an appointment by Governor Kasich on the Ohio State Board of Optometry. She and her husband, John, love to travel and spend time with their family, Jeff, Moira, David, Audrey, and grandchildren Kelan, Evan, and Piper.

Dr. Archer graduated from The Ohio State University College of Optometry in 1975, moved to Bowling Green, and joined the practice of Robert S. Beattie, O.D. Since then, he has been a member of the Toledo Area Optometric Society, the Ohio Optometric Association, and the American Optometric Association. Dr. Archer served on the Board of Directors of the Ohio Optometric Foundation from 2003 to 2009. In 1999, the office was moved to its current location at 1222 Ridgewood Drive.

Dr. Andrea Dietz was born and raised in Coldwater, Ohio, along with her seven siblings on a small dairy farm. She graduated from The Ohio State University College of Optometry in June 2011 with her Doctor of Optometry cum laude and did her undergraduate at Wright State University.

Dr. Andrea Dietz is affiliated with the American Optometric Association and Ohio Optometric Association, for which she served as Zone 10 Governor. Dr. Dietz is an InfantSEE provider who examines infants between the ages of 6 and 12 months for free. She participates in the Realeyes program by going into classrooms to teach children. Dr. Andrea Dietz enjoys all aspects of optometry but has a special interest in pediatric eye care, specialty contact lenses, and ocular disease management, such as glaucoma, macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, and dry eye.

Dr. Andrea Dietz joined Premier Vision Group in July 2019. She currently resides in New Bremen with her husband Jonathan and their five children: Henry, Leo, David, Austin and Willa. She is an active member of Holy Redeemer Catholic Church and enjoys cooking, camping, and playing the piano.

Originally from Botkins, Ohio, Dr. Brian Dietz graduated from The Ohio State University College of Optometry in 2010. He is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Ohio Optometric Association, where he is currently serving as trustee and is the Chair of the Ohio Third Party Committee. Dr. Dietz participates in the InfantSEE program and is a RealEyes presenter to many of the local elementary schools. Dr. Dietz remains active for the “Chick” Evans Caddie Scholarship Alumni Association, where he was President and National Committee Treasurer as a student. Locally, he is active in his community, where he helps coach his children’s sports and volunteers for the March of Dimes of Lima. Dr. Dietz resides in Lima with his two children, Lane and Adilyn.

Dr. Needham is originally from Cleveland, Ohio and completed her dual Bachelor’s degree in biology and psychology at Kent State University. She graduated from The Ohio State University College of Optometry in 2002, where she earned her doctorate in optometry, was a member of the Beta Sigma Kappa honor society, and received her Interdisciplinary Specialization in Aging Certification. Dr. Tracey Needham is a member of the Ohio Optometric Association and American Optometric Association, and served as the governor of the Toledo Area Optometric Society in 2009-2010. She received the Ohio Optometric Association’s Young Optometrist of the Year award in 2012, the Archer Award for Humanitarian Service in 2021 and The Ohio Optometric Association’s Warren G. and Ruth P. Morris Optometrist of the Year recognition in 2023. She is a past President and current member of the Ohio Optometric Foundation Board of Directors, and is the Medical Director for the iSee with Vision to Learn mobile vision clinic. Dr. Needham enjoys volunteering for the InfantSee program- where she examines infants six months to one year of age free of charge, volunteering for VOSH eye care missions in Mexico, Panama and Costa Rica, and coordinating the In-School Eye Exam program—a charitable program providing eye exams and eyeglasses for Ohio students in need. Dr. Needham is married and looks forward to gardening in the summer and watching Ohio State football in the fall.

Dr. Jacoby was born and raised in Pemberville, Ohio, along with his 3 older sisters. He graduated from The Ohio State University College of Optometry in 2023 with his Doctorate of Optometry. Dr. Jacoby previously completed his undergraduate studies in Biology at Bowling Green State University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2015. Dr. Jacoby is a member of the Ohio Optometric Association and enjoys providing full-scope optometric care to patients of all ages. He also participates in the InfantSEE program, providing free eye assessments for infants between 6 and 12 months of age.

Dr. Jacoby still lives in Pemberville, and his hobbies include kayaking, hiking, traveling to the National Parks, and spending time with his family.
